Feature

Sentiment scoring for every signal

Volume tells you attention spiked. Sentiment tells you whether that attention helps or hurts. TrendM8 scores signals and rolls them up for dashboards and reports.

What the score represents

Each matched mention gets a sentiment label and contributes to a 0 to 100 index on the report. Weighting reduces the chance that one viral post skews the whole week, while still showing when noise became the story.

Signal-level labels

Positive, neutral, and negative tags appear on individual items in the feed and report tables. Analysts can spot outliers before they reach the executive summary.

Emotional graph

Reports can surface joy, trust, fear, and other emotions as a secondary read on tone. Use it when a single score hides mixed reactions.
